TTHighMidLowShelf filter might violate license and need to be removed #204

It seems to me that we might have to remove the TTHighMidLowShelf filter from the filter lib. According to the documentation at the top of the header file this was ported by Nils Peters in 2009, from the PD external hml_shelf~ by Thomas Musil. This was probably fine at the time as we were using the LGPL license, but now we use BSD. Looking into the pd library here:

https://github.com/rfabbri/pd-macambira/tree/master/externals/iemlib

this seems to be using the LGPL license, and if so, our port is violating the license.

@Nilson : Do you have anything to add? If not, I'll remove this unit.
