Merge TTState class into TTObjectDataBase #356

As we discuss with @tap and @lossius, the TTState management could be merge into TTObjectDataBase.

Rather than TTDataObjectBase I was suggest TTObjectBase itself. Not sure if that presents extra difficulties, but this functionality is something we really want to have everywhere.
