j.parameter_create : option to script default GUI objects #109

It could be useful when using jcom.parameterCreate if one could tick a box to script default GUI object bound to the jcom.{message|parameter}.

For example, creating a parameter of type integer would propose by default to create a numbox with some attributes set according to the parameter's attributes. Type decimal would allow creating a floatnumbox, type boolean = toggle, etc.

this is not urgent at all, so moving it to 0.6.1 (and creating a 0.6.1/misc milestone BTW)
