Windows: libxml2.dll not copied to support folder correctly #939

e.g.

The libxml2.dll is missing and will prevent j.loader from initializing.

It is located at JamomaCore/Foundation/library/libxml2/win32/lib64/release.

The 32-bit version may also suffer from this problem?
