add page for displaying JamomaMax and JamomaPuredata releases #36

appveyor and travis scripts are now ready to push release to thor.bek.no in /Volumes/ThorData/WebServer/Jamoma/nanoc-website/output/download/JamomaMax/releases folder but there is no page to display them now.

and this one seems to host all nightly builds http://jamoma.org/download/JamomaMax/nightly-builds/

you're right, sometimes I forgot what I've done... and it seems to be working... so I'll change the title and close the issue... thanks Reno for remember me my work :-)
