Complete name changes

@tap and I agreed that the following name changes are needed for clarity and consistency:

• JamomaInterpolate becomes JamomaInterpolator
• JamomaLimits becomes JamomaLimit
• JamomaNotification becomes JamomaNotifier

Namespace within the file should follow the filename. Favor singular in filenames, even when multiple classes are defined within.

@tap - I am no longer confident about the Notifier renaming. Therefore, I am creating a separate ticket to discuss before making that change.

Heads up that the renaming of Interpolator means that you (and anyone else following along) will need to rebuild everything.
