Should be able to respond to a post, or provide a file id

/trim 2:00 7:00

then an interactive dialog shows up

file name
post message
channel:
- choose existing channel
- or new channel:
- channel name
- channel display name

You should be able to zip files easily too somehow. Gather posts that have file uploads, and queue them just like Wrangler does
