Remove PT files

Short description of changes A .po file update was run on the release branch, causing the pt folder to be created again in next-release, in turn also creating it again on Weblate.

Context: Fixes an issue? Related issues This shouldn't happen again once next-release has been merged into release.

And as per Murphy's Law, someone started translating pt (instead of pt_PT) on Weblate... I'm merging this and getting rid of the component on Weblate before more work is wasted.
