Add "rel=canonical" #987

Adds "rel=canonical" to various links so as to maybe do something about this issue.

What is missing until this pull request can be merged?

Need to work out how to do the side nav bar, as that's done differently (using wiki/en/misc/navigation.yml)

Does this need translation?
