There should be a chance for corrections before the next round is paired #72

Usually I leave a couple minutes before pairing the next round, so that any match reporting corrections can be made. This is especially important if the host is entering the matches.

Do this with another option on the event: "Pause between rounds" Then detect if all the matches are done and then action on the bottom of Match Listing should be "Pair Next Round" (and on the actions on the Reg)
