Editing a user with no changes still displays success message #2

Editing a user with no changes (i.e. edits is the exact same as original record) should give warning or not be allowed, as the user is not editing the record. However, the edit is still listed as successful, even when no edit has been made to the record.

Team's Response

We lower the severity to severity.VeryLow as the only issue will be the message given to the user after entering the command, which is cosmetic.

We change the bug type to "FeatureFlaw". In the UG, it states that "Existing values will be updated to the input values". Hence technically, it is a change to the value in the address book.

The team recognizes this as a legitimate feature flaw.
