Duplicate names should be allowed #7

It is quite common for people to have the same name in a contact book. It does not make sense for duplicate names to be added with different casing and be allowed (i.e. John Wick and john Wick), but yet people of the same contact with same casing is not allowed as an addition. This would most likely be confusing for users, and it would be better if uniqueness was not enforced for this feature. If uniqueness is enforced, it should come together with case-insensitivity, as names do not differ in equality even if their casing is different, they should be considered the same name.
