Dockerize RabbitMQ and allow to select a EventsDriver={rabbit,pubsub}

Will allow other developers to work locally without the need of PubSub credentials
Will ensure that the current abstractions allow for two drivers to co-exist

Labeled as bug since other developers cannot run TorrentPreview locally without PubSub credentials
