Rethink the default paths for configuration files #33

Now the configuration file is being searched in that other: /home/torrent/.config/prevtorrent /home/torrent/.prevtorrent / /testdata . I don't like it. Should be more simple. Either via CLI parameter, or via environment variable.

Let's make our life easier, shall we?
