hacked the tutorials to run #16

Full disclosure: I still don't fully understand how Chempy works, but want a student to start working with it, so I hacked the tutorial notebooks to work. So I'm not sure I made all the correct changes, but the notebooks now run. The only thing I couldn't figure out, was in tutorial 6 - Bayesian_inference_with_MCMC, a cell 4 and cell 15 really wants log10_sfr_scale to be between -1 and 1 but the best fit parameter is ~3-4 and I couldn’t figure out how to fix that.
