As a user with a new DIY idea I want to upload an image when creating a new project/ editing a project In order to visualize my projects

Description

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] User can upload an image when creating a new project/ edit a project
• [ ] A project image is mandatory ( if not provided by user a dummy image is displayed)
• [ ] The image can be updated
• [ ] Image is displayed on the details page
• [ ] A preview of the image is displayed after upload

• [x] Implement Cloudinary API for image upload
• [x] Adapt ProjectFormNew / EditForm
