some minor changes, like adding maximum length to title or placeholder text in form
one big fix: the Modal to create a new project opens now correctly on the overview page, after submitting the form it's added to the top of the list
with this came another issue: we used the component Navigation on multiple pages but only wanted it to be in the Header, which is now the case (some functions and states had to be moved to _app.js because of this)
please note that some tasks are moved to the next US
