Feature Request: Activate tether only when charging. #251

I tether my phone most of the day at work, plugged into my pc, and as a 
result I usually leave it at my desk when I go to a meeting or something. It 
would be nice if there was a power mode that automatically turned off the 
tethering when on battery power, and then turned it back on when external 
power was restored.

I agree this would be nice, but only as an option. like an option in the 
settings menu saying something like "Auto off when external power disconnected"

Would be useful to have a config option for auto on when the app is launched as 
well as an auto on when connected to AC. Would then allow for use with things 
like tasker.

What version of Android are you running? Using this Tasker recipe and a little 
imagination should let you have it run only when the phone is plugged in and 
charging.
