archives.ncbs.res.in: Change landing page / landing text #219

When users go to archives.ncbs.res.in, it should say 'Coming Soon'. It is not designed yet and catalogue is not ready.

Option 2: It can redirect to http://archives.ncbs.res.in/exhibit/13ways

Ten the question will be, where will the archive reside? The exhibit is not independent of the archive, I mean where will the fetching of items happen from.

I see your point. What are possible solutions? Can we just hide these elements shown on that page for now: "Recently added items", 'Browse items, collections, etc", "proudly powered by omeka". And add a dummy text that says 'coming soon?' I have had people go to the landing page for archives and be confused. Hence. It's not designed yet.
In the next release: The aim will be that when users land on the main archives page -- likely with a simple background image, a search bar, and a menu bar for exhibit/about etc, they have two options: to browse the archives and to browse exhibits (this will eventually connect to "make your own exhibit").

Ok, we'll mark this for discussion when we are meeting.

This would need to just have a pass through with design for colour, font, font size, location etc. One could have a single static background image from the archive -- one of the ephemera images if you want. I imagine future versions of the landing page for archives.ncbs.res.in will have some of these looks: https://library.stanford.edu/
