Can the dialogue box be modified to include an email address for assistance?

"If you don't have the login username and password, please contact archives@ncbs.res.in"

changed authname in htaccess

Modify the default apache htaccess dialogue box has unexpected results in different browser. Suggest that the required text be placed in the disclaimer or the about page.

Recent update from meeting om 13-04-2017, the .htaccess might be removed before 19-04
