Feedback from beta tester at NCBS: Have a 404 error page for bad links, mistyped URLs, etc.

Solution: backbone router should handle 404 page not found marked for milestone 1.0.1

Client side routes fixed for mistyped links, at root url the ncbs.res.in handles the error catching. Changes not live yet

Works for now. I suggest we keep this git issue here for future versions. What I meant was that eventually, it will be good to get a fancy-pants 404 style page to show up for URL errors within the NCBS25, maybe even something same as the existing NCBS 404 page. See the two attached images.
