p1: Addtomap dialog doesnot show groups dropdown #67

Issue: The groups dropdown depends on api data from api/heritageGroupForUser endpoint, api owner @muralihr is working on it. Solution: meanwhile hack is to hardcode group data for posting to Intach group by default

API /heritageGroupForUser and /getUserGroups returns unauthorized. below is request headers
