Unable to annotate an image using Chrome browser in Windows 7 OS #25

Steps followed:

Logged into retory.swtr.us Loaded the image from the below url: "http://www.shutterstock.com/pic-68125348/stock-vector-big-tree.html" Selected the image and found that we are unable to annotate the image.

Is this specific to Chrome on Windows 7? Can we confirm this?

Anon,

Yes, this issue was specific to Chrome on Win 7. The same image worked in Linux (Ubuntu) on Chrome.

Yes it worked in firefox.

One more nitpicking, but I think the information is essential. It is not clear from the above that not being able to annotate is it only for the above mentioned image, or is it not working for any image at all?

It is not working for any image, as I am unable to select the image uploaded.
