Editing text annotation, does not update the "Publish Popup" #34

teat annotation - after publishing i realized that i forgot to give tag since i was still on the same page then i tried to delete text annotation but i could not and i tried to edit it it showed me tag i put but did not reflected on the store even after publishing second time.

Summarizing and clarifying the above: editing a text annotation (tags or even the actual text), does not update the Publish Popup. The Publish Popup still shows the first version of the annotation. As a result it publishes the first version of the annotation when publish is clicked.

Technical details: I checked, and iframe sends out the updated annotations via postMessage, but the sweets-list view does not get updated.
