I don't even have a clue what strategy is being used and so if this is necessary as currently the SW code appears to be bunch of manual api invocation rather than something like SW-precache that people in their mind find themselves using.

will avoid working on PWA related issues until desktop is supported better.

may not be necessery as cache is passthrough or network first.
