[FEATURE] [Android] Add the option to be able to stop audio playback when Osmin plays an instruction. #44

Hi, I have noticed, that, when my phone is playing a song, it does not stop when Osmin plays a navigation instruction, so the audios are mixed and the instruction is not well understood. I think it would be a good option to have the possibility to mute the audio while Osmin plays the instruction. Thanks for the work.

The osmin app cannot handle the sound mixer of the device (not permitted), or I don't know how to make that.
