Delete feed icons #2

Icons aren't deleted when a feed is.

It's perfectly possible for multiple feeds (on the same domain) to share an icon. Also, these icons are tiny. So, better to keep them around, or only delete 'em when no other feed is using them.

Let's not fix it here, but maybe add a cron job or WP-CLI command or something in the future.
