figcaption margin #61

Looks like some captions could benefit from some top margin; may have to do with display: block being added dynamically (or not).

Possibly related: since we started allowing div, wpautop() is less inclined to insert ps.

I think this had to do with the div inside pre issue; it may be sufficient to allow div only inside pre, so as to again let wpautop() do its thing.
