Include boosts' attachments? #15

Either include them in the post content or set them as featured/attached image(s).

Not a bug per se, but because of this missing feature, boosts that consist of only an image won't be imported, so not exactly expected behavior either.

Maybe we should just leave out boosts ... Mastodon's public RSS feeds don't include them either.
