Link album titles to taxonomy archive #5

Or something similar. I can see the album covers and artist names in the Now Playing block link to archive pages.

Not sure I'd want to show all the scrobbles for that artist or album, i.e., a true taxonomy archive. Maybe a short bio would be something? (But then we'd really be recreating Last.fm, plus, who's going to be crazy enough to actually set all of that up on their blog?)

Or link to Discogs / MusicBrainz / similar ...

I actually did have a filter in place that would search-replace artists and album titles in the post content with proper links to these archives, but it got lost somewhere along the way.

Should try and re-implement that.
