Caddy pre-2.0.0 manual configs need checking/updating #11

JSON specs updated since the baked-in values in pre-v2.0.0 strings, may need adding a cipher here and there?

Nah, simple… Caddy 1 is EOL for a few years, and I'm all for not adding conditional complexity for outdated daemon versions. Made sense back in the day. Today I'd say get rid of the manually hardcoded ciphers and return empty confs for such old server versions instead of keeping an eye maintaining some of those baked-in values indefinitely.
