Use FWHM of Voigt profile to generate wave_grid #185

Description

For now, wave_grid is 50*b wide on both sides, but if target line has close to Lorentzian profile. I propose to calculate the width of wave_grid by considering the largest of b, gamma, and PSF_sigma, to make sure the grid is wide enough
