"Use only 2G networks" will not uncheck #130

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Mobile Network Settings
2. Click "Use only 2G networks"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

     Check box becomes unchecked. Instead it greys out, but remains checked.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

     Cupcake 0.2 (Jan 30)

Please provide any additional information below.

     Will not disable. Can not connect to 3G networks.

The Freerunner doesn't support 3G, so the behavior is correct.
