Username & password missing from OneCall APN #21

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. New install of a-on-f 0.1.1
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Will not connect on GPRS until they are added.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
I was delighted to find my APN preloaded.  Now I need to update it with
Username & Password.  (Good learning curve for me :)

Is there a standard username and password? If so, put it in a comment and I'll 
update 
the list.

I was hoping to do it myself Jim, as a nice simple exercise in committing 
changes. 
You could help by pointing me to the correct file.

Go for it! The file you want is: vendor/neo/freerunner/apns.xml

I have also added a note at http://code.google.com/p/cyanogenmod/wiki/APNlist 
so that 
the base document gets updated.
