Phone is stuck in "transfer all" mode #27

What steps will reproduce the problem?
the phone is in, and can't be configured out, "transfer all" to voice mail mode

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i hope to be able to receive phone calls ; instead, i miss them all and
they are shown as "missed" in the call log

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
cupcake 0.1.1 on freerunner A07 (it was the same problem with koolu 1.5alpha1)
