_ReadPackedRefs:120 throw Exception; list index out of range #185

Environment:
mac osx 10.10
git 1.9

steps reproduce the problem:
execute command  repo sync -j4 in terminal.app

expected:
no exception

actual:
/.repo/repo/git_refs.py", line 120, in _ReadPackedRefs name = p[1] IndexError: 
list index out of range

fixed step:
change 119:125 to

119         if len(p)> 1:
120           ref_id = p[0]
121           name = p[1]//out of index exception here!!!
122 
123           self._phyref[name] = ref_id
124         else:
125           print 'error ref path: {0}'.format( path)
