This is opened since pull request #25 seems to break as much as it fixes.

Any files exhibiting this behaviour are welcome so that I can debug the issue.

For now the bug is unconfirmed. If any other test cases can be provided I would welcome them.

I found a test case that makes it happen!

Now I just have to fix it.

Any other test cases for this that remain unresolved are welcome. For now the test case that fails was requested to not be shared so it only runs on my test system and is not included (the file or the test) in the repo.
