Fix Sentiment analysis plots, currently taken from TextBlob analysis. Not accurate, use ML Sentiment analysis instead. Rethink plots.

  1. Updated Totals Plot for PCN and for individual practices, based on ML Sentiment Analysis scores
  2. Removed entries with no comments i.e. Neutral == 1

⛔️ Still need to update Daily and Weekly Sentiment Plots
