Hi, thanks for the hhard work on Calibre-Web!

Calibreb-web favicon used to work well macOS Safari.

It has been broken for a few month now. But it works well on Chrome for macOS.

Description of the issue: no favicon at all for Calibreb-web on macOS Safari.
