Restore lost shelf/shelves configuration/settings passwords #3115

Where the configuration is stored ? I ask because am migrating to a new server... and I copy app.db in the root folder but I cant log in with my passwords, I also lose my shelves... In this issue https://github.com/janeczku/calibre-web/issues/3071 I have some clues.. thanks, But I cant figure why my cp/migration doesn't work. Any help will make me happy please excuse my bad English very thank you for all the work and community

I realy dont understand my situation... I already restore my app.db file :( like https://github.com/janeczku/calibre-web/issues/1157#issuecomment-577336412

Fixed by creating an _internal folder in root (/) then copy/mv app.db into it Thanks https://github.com/janeczku/calibre-web/issues/2917#issue-1959134164
