Filter "processes by owner" #73

As-is: Models can currently only be filtered by process model type.

To-be: In the left menu there should be an entry "processes by owner" and
then a list with all owners. The currently logged in user should always be
the first in the list.

A logged-in user now sees all public models. This is fair, but has the 
draw-back that
he is overwhelmed with all process models. A filter-capability is really 
necessary in
this case.
