Awaiting some more info on how the sample was generated in the first place. Introduced some non-JSON todos so that tests will fail until placeholders are addressed.

What is the unit of "duration", for image acquisition? Integer days?

duration is in days (and really we should rename that field to durationDays)

This should now be complete. Bit of a chicken/egg situation with DOIs etc., so we can fill those in at a later date when the paper's published.

The dates are approximate, with the start date accurate to within a few weeks and duration accurate to a month or so.
