These are some small changes Steve wanted in the orphan link protocol.
UI is now one column instead of two
Better messages etc. when tokens are missing
Toolbar icon changes to a red lock instead of yellow key if auth token is missing (and changes back when you get your token)
Adjusted colors for lock and key icons: I thought your yellow was too dark, so I went halfway between your yellow and my yellow; the red lock is also not too bright
