Right now the cleave server for a given configuration is set with an environment variable, which introduces risk that the user may not start the Neu3 config appropriate for their configured cleave server, and is another config item to manage separately.
It'd be great to have the cleave server be part of the regular neu3 configs, managed through the config menu.
