neu3 can't handle large assignments #379

Apparently neu3 performance bogs down considerably if the assignment file contains more than ~20 bodies or so. It would be nice if we could load hundreds of bodies in a single assignment.

What kind of assignment is it? Does it need to load many bodies in one task?
