Release DVID papers #252

Two papers will be released on DVID concepts and use.

The first is a low-level paper describing two contributions: (1) a simple approach that adds branched versioning to an ordered key-value store, and (2) a proposed two-stage datastore that exploits the immutability of commits and simplifies the distributed versioning aspects of DVID.

The second describes general DVID architecture and its use for connectomics research at Janelia and collaborating institutions.

When the papers are in a usable form, we'll post links to them in the Wiki.

A single DVID paper incorporating some of the first low-level paper is under review. We will post as soon as it goes through editing.
