change "commit" endpoint to "status" #295

Please provide a different endpoint name for getting locked status of the node ... maybe "status" or "state" (commit is a little confusing because it is also used as an action to lock the DVID node)

Kept GET /commit for legacy apps, but changed documentation to GET /status and added that endpoint for all future use.
