Target user not defined in the user guide #14

There is no preamble about the target user for the application in the user guide. Guide mainly focuses on explaining technical details of the command. There are also no details on how to use the application.

AB3 does not explain their target user either in the UG. In the textbook itself there is no "target user" portion for the UG either.

Furthermore from our understanding the User Guide is primarily to act as an instruction guide for the user to use Yellow Pages, whomever they may be or whatever they use it for.

Reason for disagreement: I believe that this team misunderstands the use of AB3 and have taken AB3's user guide as the ideal. However, one of the possible UG bugs given on the module website is that the target using was not specified clearly.
