Remove references to "Stream" #11

Stream is deprecated, and removed in 5.0

It seems like this was already merged in https://github.com/janestreet/sexplib0/pull/9, but was unmerged in the latest release

@aalekseyev, looks like 127.23+112 has the same issue

@ceastlund, looks like a portion of #9 was dropped. (not sure deliberately or not)

Yep, I have fixed this internally at janestreet. I'll double check that it'll get pushed out regularly.
