Configuration files for Windows #5

There's a config/msvc_config.janet file and a config/msvc_config.jdn file. Is this intentional? I assume it is but it wasn't immediately obvious to me how you'd use these differently.

Yeah, just shows two ways of doing it - the .janet file allows some extra logic, like checking the environment for MSVC to make sure things should work.
